The core components and control systems of Balboa hot tubs are manufactured primarily in our factory in California, USA. Specifically, Balboa's California facility is responsible for the design, development and production of hot tub control systems and related electronics.
A standard-sized Balboa hot tub will take approximately 4 to 5 hours from the initial temperature to heat the water to a comfortable use temperature, usually between 100°F and 104°F (about 38°C to 40°C).
When you see the "SnS" or "Sn" fault code on the screen of your Balboa hot tub, you may be confused. In fact, "SnS" means that the temperature sensor is short-circuited, while "Sn" means that the temperature sensor is open-circuited.
On the panel, the set temperature will be displayed on the digital display. To increase the set temperature, you only need to press the "Warm" button once; to decrease the set temperature, just press the "Cool" button once.
